Revd. Heather Connell

It is with great sadness that we have to report that Revd. Heather passed away peacefully on Sunday 21st September at St. Helena's Hospice in Colchester. Our prayers and thoughts are with her family.

Revd. Heather's funeral service will be held in the church on Tuesday 7th October at 12noon, followed by a private cremation.


The Sunday Club children will be supporting the Methodist Chapel again this year. You can fill a shoe box for a boy or a girl, 2-4, 5-9, & 10-14 years old. Donations of items are also welcomed. Boxes/donations should include things like: gloves & scarfs, hats, toothbrushes & toothpaste, flannels, soap, paper, pens, pencils, toys, balls, skipping ropes, soft toys & sweets (NOT chocolate). All boxes &/or donations to be given to the Sunday Club Team at the latest by the 10am service on Sunday 2nd November 2014

Level access is available. Wheelchair users please note however that the doorway via this entrance is only 25 inches wide. Otherwise access is through the two main entrance doors which both have a short step.
