You can see the forecast for the next two days by going to the Diary page

This is a church of great historical interest and has at its heart the Christian faith. The history of the church runs in parallel with that of St. Osyth Priory. A guide to the building and a brief history of the church is available on this website and in the church should you choose to visit us.

We welcome worshippers and visitors to our church from the local community, the UK and the world.

We hope that you will find the information you need on this website. It includes details of our services, a diary, our activities and past events. If you cannot find what you are looking for then please do make contact with us by clicking on the CONTACTS button above. Better still, if you and your family and friends are able to visit us, you will find a very warm welcome awaits you.

We look forward to seeing you.

LENT COURSE 2010 - Begins on February 24th
"The Story of a Homecoming"
Intrigued? Then why not come along and find out what it's all about. See the Dairy Page for details and dates

We are currently in an Interregnum, i.e. a period without a Vicar.

Following the advertising of the post in September, three successful applicants were interviewed on 17th November. Sadly however, it was unanimously decided not to appoint any of the candidates. As our dear Revd. Heather said, "well we must soldier on", and that is just what we will do. There is someone out there who is right for us, but he/she hasn't had God's call yet; it will happen and in the meantime we are talking to our Bishop about the way forward.

A Tale of Two Parishes

Follow an online blog of two parish churches in Essex

One church is SS Peter & Paul, and the other is a new developing church, All Saints Church in urban Chafford Hundred near Grays.

BBC Essex will be following the two Essex parish churches for a year, finding out how they celebrate major festivals and learning about their local communities. The BBC will be posting regular blog entries on their website.
